We have probably all encountered mould at one time or another. It might have been in the shower, on dry walls and ceilings or even on a stale piece of bread. Mould is a rapidly growing concern for homeowners, property managers, insurance providers and restoration companies. Mould can grow in as little as 48 hours any time excessive moisture is present indoors, where the moisture is the result of a flood, a slow leak, a broken pipe, or just high humidity. Indoor mould contamination has been identified as a major contributor to allergies and poor indoor air quality.

L D are able to offer solutions which can reduce the impact of condenstaion and mould growth.

Once the area has been cleaned and treated various options are available.  The fitting of Passifyer Vents and Extractor Fans along with dehumidifiers can remove/reduce the problem.

Natural ventilation such as open windows and non restriction of air bricks also reduces the impact of mould growth.
